When people choose to participate in any study that involves research with human subjects, they complete consent forms that explain the study and what they are agreeing to by participating. This is to ensure that participants fully understand what being a part of any particular research project involves. The below consent form(s) contain more specific information about each component of the Spit for Science project. You will get the survey consent online before you enter the survey.
